You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8 Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 8 Jili conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All financial transactions on 8 Jili are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 8 Jili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Anti-Money Laundering: 8 Jili is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally mandated. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources.
8 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity periods.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8 Jili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 8 Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
